Setup Ctrl+Alt+del for login on Windows

Open Local Security Policy (secpol.msc) and navigate to:

Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options

Find the policy named Interactive logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL and set it to Disabled. Now, when you reach the Windows login screen, you will be prompted to press Ctrl + Alt + Del before entering your credentials.

Check usin netplwiz

Open Run dialog (Win + R), type netplwiz, and press Enter. In the User Accounts window, go to the Advanced tab. Make sure the checkbox for Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete is checked.
