First Value From

To avoid the use of subscribe and unsubscribe, we can use the firstValueFrom function from rxjs to get the first value from an observable.

	const _o$ = this.modifyLocation.mutate({
			...
		})
		.pipe(
			tap((data) => {
				...
			}
		));

	await firstValueFrom(_o$);
}
